Pros

Great working environment, smart leadership, second to none culture, incredible professional growth opportunities. Leadership has built a dynamic company that offers great professional development coupled with exciting and varied work experience opportunities. There's no agency that offers the growth potential that TV offers and if you work hard you will get rewarded.

Cons

Fast paced, not for people who can't be a self-starter. Some people like to blend into the crowd and just want to punch the clock every day, and that's fine, but if that's you, Targeted Victory may not be the place for you. Hard work is rewarded and recognized but there are no free rides.

Pros

I worked for a lot of different organizations in my career but no other company really promotes such a great working environment. These are the reasons why: - Managers give you the freedom to operate in your most productive capability which is very engaging for the entrepreneurial spirit - Amazing work/life balance - Not constricted to the confines of a 9-5, make your hours as long as you get 40 in - People are very welcoming - Casual attire - Ability to work from home when needed - Company sponsored happy hours once a month, and tech tuesdays for people who want to learn new technology, and after work club sports like bball, softball, and soccer. - Last but not least, you get to work with some really cool technology

Cons

- Not for the type that just want to be told what to do and follow instructions - Could use more funding to all departments rather than a few that seem to take the lion share - Growth seems new and a learning process but requires some patience
