Pros

TV is a leader in the digital political space, so there's a lot of opportunity to grow and advance in your career. Senior management is extremely accessible and they genuinely care for the well-being of their employees. The laid-back office environment makes it a very enjoyable place to work.

Cons

Hours can be demanding in the months leading up to an election, but they make up for it by providing flexibility in taking time off in the slower months.

Pros

Laid back environment with an open office plan, casual dress code, and employees with incredibly diverse backgrounds - engineers. campaign alumni, data scientists, developers, designers, etc. You can really learn a lot quickly, and take on more responsibility. Salary is competitive and the benefits are great. There is genuine camaraderie within the various teams at Targeted Victory and management really makes an effort to help staff succeed.

Cons

As expected, hours get longer during peak election season. This is across all departments though - you'll never be the only one working late!

Pros

Targeted Victory is full of smart, driven strategists, account managers, engineers, and designers. The company is not only a full-service digital agency, but also focuses on new product development, and is quickly expanding beyond politics/non-profits . The culture fosters creativity, collaboration, and individuals that truly care about the well-being of each other. There is no bureaucracy. It has a casual dress code, open working environment, a fairly flexible schedule, and great benefits.

Cons

It is definitely a work hard, play hard culture. If you're looking for a 9-to-5 job, this isn't it.
