Pros

Promotions were always given at the 1 year mark if entry level but you have it fight to get it earlier and once you hit Associate, promotions can take up to 2 years, you get great clients, major external teams to handle broader goals like data management and optimization which allowed for strong performance. Quarterly bonuses (basically an additional full paycheck).

Cons

No negotiating of salary or promotions is permitted. No onboarding process so you're thrown directly into the fire. Small teams handle 3-5 clients from copy writing through to deployment with demanding clients that no one sets boundaries with. Every team member is involved in each stage of the program; responsibilities are not organized by person's strengths. Everything is an emergency all the time. Everyone was burnt out with no attention given to it by staff, and expect major lay offs after each election cycle. Regularly worked 10-12 hour days. Tons of workplace politics to navigate,
