Pros

Million dollar Christmas Party before getting laid off. Hook up drinking culture, drinking is encouraged! Big plus.

Cons

Dysfunctional HR department, feels like they are inexperienced- and men and women are definitely not paid equally which was a shock for many of us. Nepotism within the company, unfortunately people who work hard get punished and got the boot. Its clear that Seniors. ( aka founders) schemed for months on the mass lay off post election. Hard work life balance ( many of us asked to work on the weekends constantly).
