Pros

Honestly, I was skeptical when I joined. Thought it'd be another place throwing "AI" at everything. But no—we're actually shipping real stuff. LLM Agentic Studio, AppMod.AI, modernizing legacy systems. It's genuine. The pace is impressive. We move significantly faster than other companies I've worked at. Things that would take months elsewhere, we're doing in weeks. And the leadership actually believes in what they're saying. It's not corporate speak—you can tell techolution genuinely care about doing AI the right way. But honestly? I stay for the people. The engineers here are genuinely smart—a lot of them from big tech, PhDs, people who get both the tech and the business. Conversations with them are engaging, and you can actually talk to leadership when you need to.

Cons

If you want to work on legit AI problems with smart people and don't mind operating without a net sometimes, it's great. If you need stability and everything mapped out, look elsewhere.

Pros

1) First Positive thing about this review is I gave 1 Star for everything because I can't give zero.(Huge Advantage for Techolution) 2) Somehow, the company has achieved what even AI couldn’t — posting fake positive reviews on Glassdoor with human precision. 3) Before appraisals, HR will personally remind you to write a 5-star review from your official company email and send a screenshot for “transparency.” (Yes, this actually happens.) 4) Despite claiming to be an AI powerhouse, the only “AI” here is an API call to ChatGPT wrapped in fancy PowerPoints. Still, the illusion is strong — so let’s call that a plus point. 5) Once your project ends, congratulations — you’re free! They’ll call it “resource optimization,” but really it’s a blessing to escape this digital purgatory. 6) The CEO is an inspiring motivational speaker when facing employees, but turns into a professional nodder in front of clients — truly showcasing his “dynamic leadership style.” As the old Techolution philosophy goes: “Lick up, kick down.” And yes, if you manage to keep the CEO smiling on a video call, he might just return the favor — metaphorically, of course. (If you make CEO happy via video call. He will make you happy.)

Cons

1) Here, productivity means staying on a call all day — literally. You’ll work, eat, and probably age on the same 9-hour “working session.” And when you finally dare to leave? Don’t forget to ping the group for permission — because micromanagement isn’t just a policy here, it’s a tradition. 2) Experience doesn’t really matter. You might have 10 years of solid industry background, but your manager could be a 2025 graduate with a degree in “something.” 3) Leadership roles are reserved for those who’ve mastered the true company skill — keeping the right people happy. 4) Because at Techolution, career growth isn’t about performance — it’s about the performance.
