Pros

During my time my eyes were opened to many other details outside of just graphic design. I was able to work through the entire process of selecting, creating, and submitting my work. Being able to see my creations on a website, publication and trade shows was very exciting. I also learned a lot about marketing, social media and trade shows which is something I had never been involved in before. My co-workers were nice and very helpful giving me points on how our technology worked so that it could be shown visually.

Cons

Not being from a marketing or telecom background it was sometimes difficult to transform the technology or message into a design that properly represented the company.

Pros

If working in a high-energy, cutting edge technology work place is what you are looking for, then this is the company for you. Tecore is an agile company that manufactures equipment and solutions at the cutting edge of technology. Projects here are incredibly exciting and span the globe, with a diverse team of engineers, project managers, and sales and marketing experts. The company CEO has an open door policy and encourages new ideas, project developments, and work-place improvements. He also ensures that sales bonuses are distributed fairly among the team. The work place is spacious, and the free gym in the building is a great perk that numerous employees take advantage of daily. Managers are also very flexible with employee work hours and will help them tailor their hours and work load based on their needs. Most importantly, while the company works on the newest technology, it was also established in 1991 with several employees having long experiences in this field, which is invaluable for new and young employees joining the team.

Cons

If anything, the building is a little too large which at times can make inter office communication a little more difficult.
