You can make some money if you work the hours needed and grow your customer base.

Cons

*Constant directional change. *Your biggest competition is your own company. *Many services sold cannot actually be serviced effectively. *Top performers are overlooked for promotion so management can reach bonuses.

Pay your bills Call center can be fun with lunches and games I had an awesome supervisor until I was switched to a different team

Cons

Management doesnt seem to care about employee concerns There is not enough communication between branches and customer service Inability to help customers with one call resolution approach High hold times
