Cons

Management does not appreciate their employees and complaints regarding supervisors are frowned upon. Don't expect any pay increases over .20 a year. If you move to another position your merit increase will be taken. Benefits are terrible! The culture is ghetto, Terminix is not a company that you can grow long term with.
