Pros

Many opportunities for growth in the company, very close knit group of workers that become friends and colleagues, very structured training process that eases new hires into the everyday life at Terminix.

Cons

Constant pressure and stress from customers, inadequate escalation policy, repetitive work is not challenging, necessary processes are not available at lower levels for customers

The Company was very exciting. Very up to date in call center policies. Supervisors were hands on and knowledgeable of company .

Cons

the company fmla program was always changing their 3 party companies.
