We recognize that the client onboarding process is critical and can sometimes feel challenging due to the complexity of certain engagements. This can understandably put pressure on new hires as they’re working to learn about their new projects. To address this, we regularly conduct check-ins and feedback sessions with our team members. In addition, we’re currently overhauling our client onboarding process for 2025, incorporating suggestions from our team to create a smoother and more supportive experience. At Testlio, we foster a culture of open communication, where raising questions, seeking help, and sharing ideas are highly encouraged. As such, implemented bi-weekly syncs with each team member, an anonymous “suggestion box” form available 24/7 and quarterly anonymous satisfaction surveys. We are also committed to recognizing and rewarding our team members, fostering growth opportunities for everyone—whether they’re freelancers, temporary contractors, or full-time employees. All team members in good standing are welcome to explore internal opportunities or join our freelance network.
