      Pros

      Excellent benefits and compensation package. Well-defined roles that also allow for independent thinking and opportunities to participate on various project teams if desired. Lovely CEO who does a great job of interacting with employees at all levels and will answer any question that you may have or point you in the right direction. Unlimited PTO was a nice addition to the benefits package this year.

      Cons

      Technology is really lacking. With so many acquisitions it has been difficult for the organization to keep up with the evolving needs to ensure that technology can support all the new as well as existing employees. Training is not the greatest. Also, some processes need some major overhauls as they are not efficient or necessarily worker or customer friendly. Advancement within the organization can be difficult unless you have friends in higher-up places who can pull your application for review. With the recent changes to the HR management system, this is getting better, but it is not quite there yet.

      Work from home, relaxed dress code, and paid gym membership

      Cons

      Extremely unhealthy workplace. There is no training and the company is a mess internally. The "leaders" do not care nor do they try to fix problems. They pin people against each other instead. Very catty people who create much unnecessary drama. They do put up a good front and win you over in the interview, but it is all a lie. The workload is insane and hardly anyone works there anymore because everyone has quit.

      The location is nice, commute is good if you are coming from the north, nw to galleria area you miss the galleria traffic. Across from uptown park.

      Cons

      Where do I start, first there is no true management this company wants to appear as a big broker in reality they are not. They are still a family owned company and run it that way. If you are not a yes man and cause any kind of friction with management you will not last. Perception is everything in this place if you appear to work and don't actual do anything you'll fit right in. If you are a hard worker and God forbid you get out of your area to ask a question you will be perceived as a slacker. My advise run and don't look back. This place is a joke.
