      Pros

      BKS "pretends" to do a lot of things for their employees, their culture and for their clients. The reality is that this creates a really difficult work environment to try to operate in. On the street everything is great but behind closed doors things couldn't be more different.

      Cons

      The egos are so big here there isn't room for talent from other organizations. Don't try to offer up what may seem like reality, you will be immediately "black balled" from this toxic fraternity.

      At first, the company comes across they are looking at the employees best interest.

      Cons

      Managers make decisions based from personal feelings. Going to HR and Upper Management does not help. They will always stick together.

      Pros

      They have roboform to remember all of your logins so you don't have to and they have covered free parking.

      Cons

      They make you promises that they never keep about your career growth within the organization. Once there they move you around until someone, not you, is happy. They have big plans for the company but lack the management and knowledge on how to do that.
