The Berkeley Partnership reviews

I had a really positive experience with the interview process at Berkeley. The process is set up to give a unique insight into how the company operates. I had plenty of opportunities to speak to leaders in the business who were really helpful and transparent around how Berkeley works. The process itself is thorough, but in a good way, allowing in depth conversation around my own experience as well as what a career at Berkeley could look like. Comparing this to interview processes at other consulting firms, I genuinely felt this was much more balanced and was as much about me getting to know them as them getting to know me.
