- No sales targets (in fact no focus on sales at all) - Great partner to consultant ratio and real time dedicated to well-being and feedback by partners

Cons

- Smaller firm with minimal hierarchy means there are fewer opportunities to coach and mentor more junior colleagues

- Excellent variety of work across sectors and work type - Full and authentic support from the Partnership in attaining your career goals, whatever they might be - Superb culture of inclusivity and warmth, bolstered by lots of different social activities (all paid for) - Excellent benefits and reward - Superb work life balance and genuine understanding of different working types, e.g. hybrid, remote working etc

Social culture, good pay with significant increases over time, strong sense of doing the right thing for the client. Everything in the company is designed for long term success - no sales targets, no utilisation targets as they could incentivise doing the wrong thing for the client.

Cons

Can be tough working on your own with a client rather than in a big team as you would be at big 4.
