Berkeley is entirely unique in it's field in my experience, and I have worked for both large and small companies of a similar type. For experienced management consultants who have the versatility to play a number of different roles across a wide range of industry sectors, the variety of work done by the Berkeley Partnership is hard to beat. Often working on some of a client's biggest, most critical challenges, the exposure is fantastic right from setting strategies to delivering programmes. The real strength of Berkeley which makes it such a great place to work is the sense of belonging to a community. With around 90 people all-in, it's big enough to meet new people yet small enough to build familiarity and friendships. The number of social events planned throughout the year is incredible and the investment in people is very impressive. It's a really caring company with a great sense of fun and our values are very sympathetic to people who are at the stage in their lives of starting or growing their families. Great office space, too.
