Pros
People who work here, middle management. New salaried employees get 3 weeks off, 2 weeks for hourly employees. Ithaca is a great place, surrounded by mountains and water. While the corporate culture is taking over, remanence of the family culture still exists.
Cons
Since being purchase by a corporate giant, the 401k benefit has been slashed and even includes fees to participate. The health plan is now incredibly inferior, and positions are being restructured to reduce wages - including the change of some positions from salaried to hourly.
