      Too much micromanagement by supervisors who refuse to follow their own rules.

      Pros

      Having a job anywhere is a "pro" but I suppose I could add, there is free coffee. Lack of strict dress code is nice.

      Cons

      Bosses fail to adhere to their own policies. Same bosses are constantly looking for fault in others. There is no reward for a job well done. Ever.

      CBORD is a progressive work place and work environment; relaxed dress codes, free coffee, catered lunch events and fun social activities are part of the total package offered to employees. CBORD holds employees accountable for delivering the best customer experience and work product but also rewards them for mindful, dynamic innovation.

      Pros

      A lot of hard-working hourly employees. Decent work/life balance,

      Hourly workers are under-paid and under-valued. CBORD has Silos like none other. The company is more than less run by 2 or 3 Seniors. Managers not trusted or empowered; they have no voice and are basically glorified paper pushers and people sitters. Decisions seem to be made by a couple Sr. Execs. without involving middle management. Communication form Sr leadership down to departments is non-existent. Mentoring and encouraging professional growth is also non-existent.
