Dear Call Center Representative: We appreciate your candor about your experience working at The Chicago Lighthouse, and we are deeply concerned about the issues you have raised in this forum. We place a priority on ensuring we foster a healthy, productive and fulfilling work environment for all of our employees, including our Veterans and people with disabilities, and are invested in working with staff to ensure any concerns or issues are addressed to create a positive work experience. It is to the benefit of both our individual employees and our organization to maintain open and honest communication on all matters, including workplace safety and culture. As such, I encourage employees requiring accommodations to make requests through their supervisors and, if necessary, through their HR representative. Our goal is to ensure every reasonable request for accommodation is met so that employees can have successful experiences. Additionally, any technical issues our employees experience should be raised with their direct supervisors and, if not addressed in a timely and sufficient manner, can also be brought to the attention of our HR and IT departments.
