Only for certain kinds of people
Pros
-Nice office (the actual building), lots of parking -Free snacks and drinks -No work day is the same and if you are social and like to interact with people (homeowners, developers, vendors), it can be exciting at times -Good initial training provided through CCAM certification process -Had quarterly company lunch and Christmas party at the time
Cons
-The work itself can be stressful, you essentially police HOAs but have no real power because the Board of the HOAs makes all the calls (right or wrong) -Task volume can be overwhelming at times -Homeowners can be extremely abrasive and most are woefully ignorant of their own HOA governing documents, which is your duty to enforce -No real company culture at the time, upper management wasn't very motivating -High employee turnover, a revolving door for many of new college grads
