Pros

Decent-ish pay, decent benefits I suppose.

Cons

CEO refuses to allow employees to use the remote work system already bought because he is worried about his earnings, despite employees testing positive for covid, saying "ohhh it's a dangerous world out there folks!" while hiding in his mountain home ever since the pandemic started. Disgusting

As the CEO, I guess I should respond to this because it is patently false. We do have some employees working remotely when it makes sense, and others must work at the office. However, this decision has nothing to do with my or the companies earnings. The employees (other than I) own the company and all the earnings go to them. My salary is fixed, and I get no bonus based on earnings and I own no stock. Any employee who has been with the company for more than a year owns stick - including this employee - and company earnings do effect them.

Pros

There are many opportunities for advancement if you prove yourself to be motivated and work hard. The company is growing, and so are the opportunities. The CEO is approachable and willing on discussing your future with you. They work with you to help you achieve your goals. Pay is above average in the industry and there are stock options.

Cons

There is nothing to mention honestly.
