Up until recently - good management support

Cons

Impossible work load. Almost no work-life balance and you still do not have enough time to accomplish what is assigned to you. High workforce turnover.

Pros

Roy knows everything there is to know about the industry and so does Andrew. I love that they have their employees backs when it comes to disrespectful Board members or homeowners. Theyre always there to answer questions and guide people. The company offers free Board Training which I think is fantastic. Lots of paid holidays.

Cons

Having to be on-call. Would like a little more PTO, but who wouldnt ;-) Great company to work for.
