Unorganized, unsafe, late pay

Pros

20 an hour to start

Cons

After I left the company it took over five weeks of emails and phone calls in order to receive a check which ended up bouncing. I finally received payment via PayPal minus the returned check fee and multiple overdraft charges. They sent canvassers to unapproved locations. Employees were chased off, screamed at, and physically threatened. Directors in charge of assigning turf never scouted the locations first or asked permission. Directors and team leaders were frequently late or absent from meetings. We were told to canvass stealthily in parking lots with a clip board approaching people as they exit the store or enter their cars which made it impossible to practice social distancing during a pandemic

Pros

The people you do become friends with, the pay is better than others, you did learn valuable skills

Cons

The Chicago office is the worse, cannot speak for the other offices. Modern day slavery at its finest with a very negative office culture. You are just a number and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Racism and sexism runs rampant, on top of incompetent and immature directors. Actually read the reviews and choose wisely, they are not made up or done out of spite.

Pros

Start Up fighting for human rights

Cons

Incorrectly payed and then gas lighted about the issue. Conceiving. Toxic environment. Extremely unorganized. HIGH turn over rate because they only care about numbers and disregard senior employees livelihood and safety, go figure. employees faced life threatening experiences at the door and it was shoved in the closet because QUOTA QUOTA QUOTA is more important than your actual life.
