Pros

They seem great at first, they're not

Cons

Horrible communication No diversity unless you think and act like the m Hire and employ those who will be loyal and not question their practices Rebranded their fundraising side multiple times after so many failed attempts to run it without giving off complete misappropriation of funds and mismanagement Diversity is white people gatekeeping like all other fundraising groups with a couple POC hand picked to make it look diverse Zero guidance or direction provided on expectations Works staff an insane amount of hours for not enough pay and mistreatment of staff Seriously stay away from these people unless you want to reiterate all that is broken in pur system and be another well meaning white person

Pros

Great coworkers, wages and you are exercising (walking all day)

Cons

Management fails to mention that if you don’t meet their 50 signatures per day quota you will be terminated.

Pros

The work is really interesting and you'll work with a lot of awesome staff and other people trying to promote positive social change.

Cons

You will have 0 time for literally anything other than work. The company is very misleading about the time commitment expected of salaried employees. For example; one of the campaigns I directed contracted me for 50 hours a week and in my interview I was told I had "unlimited time off". Upon starting the job my schedule was set for 6-7 days a week with 10-13 hour days, so not sure why that math came to "50 hours". I also at one point asked if I could take two days off for a friend to visit since I had yet to have 2 days in a row off ever and I was told that "2 days is kind of a lot" and was given one day.
