Pros

Some great coworkers, and awesome clients

Cons

- criminally low pay - physically demanding - deceptive time off practices - really outdated sales practices and procedures - impossible to fix things - incredibly slow, and disruptive tech issues - elite gaslighting from management, marketing, and operations - talk about referrals like an MLM because marketing and brand reputation is abysmal - no annual performance reviews/ raises/ acknowledgment of increases in cost of living - increasing quotas that are unjustified and unhealthy (often 100%+ YoY growth) - impossible to even qualify or speak up about negative experiences - support team is a sinking ship and often messes up - high churn in customers and coworkers - unkept promises for changes and improvements - would rather higher a consulting agency 3 years ago to diagnose failures rather than schedule a skip-level with senior leadership - managers are basically just bottlenecks and middle men and have no real authority - clearly many managers with little to no experience and little to no desire to continue growing their career - virtually impossible to network - once, maybe twice a year you’ll get a pizza party with 1 or 2 drinks paid by the company, meanwhile senior leadership and top performers are flown out to beach front vacations

Pros

WFH + Genuine Sales Reps

Cons

I had high hopes when I joined this company, but unfortunately, the reality was far from what I expected. The senior leadership team is the epitome of dysfunction. Instead of fostering a supportive atmosphere, they prioritize their own agendas, often at the expense of employee morale. It’s frustrating to see decisions made that seem arbitrary and self-serving rather than in the best interest of the team or the company. Moreover, the culture here feels more like a high school than a professional workplace. There’s a palpable “mean girls” vibe that permeates every level. Rather than collaboration and support, there’s an undercurrent of backbiting and gossip that makes it difficult to trust anyone. Instead of lifting each other up, many directors seem more focused on tearing one another down, which creates a toxic environment that stifles creativity and collaboration. As for growth opportunities? Forget about it. There’s little to no mentorship or professional development, and the leadership’s reluctance to provide constructive feedback makes it nearly impossible to advance. The lack of clear pathways for growth only adds to the frustration, leaving many employees feeling stuck and unappreciated. If you’re considering joining this company, I would strongly advise against it. Unless you’re prepared to navigate a toxic atmosphere and accept stagnation as the norm, look elsewhere.

Pros

If you enjoy meeting new people this is the role for you, 12 different group managers in a span of 3 years. Constant turnover from team members who were either soft fired or had their lives so micromanaged that they quit. Set your own schedule however not work/life balance-the job becomes your life because you have to juggle so many unhappy clients

Cons

-Paid expenses for using your own car, home office, internet, electricity, gas come no where near the actually out of pocket cost. -No room for advancement after you hit a certain level, with no interest in retention -Your home and car become a storage unit for the massive amount of supplies required to do the job -HR is NOT a safe place, they basically take your concerns and report them directly to the party you are concerned about -Use scare tactics -Treat their team members like children and not full functioning adults -Clients will call/text/email at all hours of the day and night due to their frustrations with processing, pricing, missrepresention and low commissions(can't blame them, it is hard to sell something and only make a few dollars and then have $10 taken each month for sending out a check) -No support when you actually need it -Total unrealistic quotas and touchpoint demands -Hiring team misrepresents how much you actually make -Encourages team members to harass clients to get more product even when they have outstanding issues that have not been resolved
