      Pros

      There was a tremendous amount of schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      The company does not promote tech growth. Pretty stagnant with the resources we have to conduct business. The website and app look and feel extremely antiquated and the competition is gaining popularity because of how easy they are to work with. The Pay also has no transparency. I haven't been with the company for over 3 months now and I am still continuing to get paid from SKUs that are currently being priced dating back to February and March. It's wild- and their compensation structure is overly complicated. I still feel like I will never get paid the correct amount for how much consignment value I brought in.

      It's the fashion world, yes it counts!

      Pros

      There's many once you settle in, pros: - 401k -Medical, Eye & dental Insurance - Sick pay and PTO (unlimited) - LGTBQA+ friendly - Work/Life balanced - Lots of opportunities for growth if you're committed! Honestly treat their employees fair and some more

      Cons

      Cons: - Depending on what department you work, during slow seasons (summer) you can get sent home or be offered over time -Mandatory OT if you're more entry level (during holiday season) -Favoritism - If you're not fashionable or social it's going to be hard to move up -It's always about meeting SOP's and metrics at the end of the day -You're just a number (you get bonuses if perform well) It genuinely depends on your attitude and how much you want to learn. Once you make it it's smooth sailing aside usual work drama. I personally love my job!
