Pros

They will teach you a lot. I have to give them that - problem is when do you know what’s real and what is a lie?

Cons

They give you a lot of information but they also gate keep a lot so when you ask questions you do get answers but never learn why or how to figure it out yourself in the future. They are also VERY wishy washy about certain policies that you can’t track but can be held against you and you have no real idea if they are making things up or not unless you are very good at keeping records of EVERYTHING! You shouldn’t speak up to protect yourself or your coworkers - that puts a target on your back. Understand that once you advance to a certain level you will either have to leave the department to advance or wait for someone else to leave or move up - there is no room for growth past a point.

Pros

Working from home and somewhat controlling your schedule...liked fellow SMLM's. Concept of the company is great---consistant follow thru is not always the case.

Cons

Cannot trust what they tell you is true--since everyone is remote, they tell one associate one thing and another different information. Micromanage, rarely do right by the consignor or customer, typically do right by TRR. No real consistant authentication standards.
