Pros

Love the team mates and people I work with , very collarabortive atmosphere

Cons

quotos are unrealistic and they like to quiet fire , no room for growth , I've seen top sellers not get recognized , training is horrible , it's a sink or swim , since I've been there , just on my team alone they hired and fired 10 people within a year . Since training is so terrible it takes about a year to feel confident and by than your gone they treat you like only a number and don't care about horrible management

Pros

The flexibility can be a lot better than other places.

Cons

The pat is terrible. The company shows patterns of favoritism. It’s obvious how certain departments are looked down upon. For some reason, the company and CEO is obsessive about working in the office- even for jobs that are completely remote-type jobs. They are also obsessed with an “open-floor” concept of working, no matter how much it makes no sense for certain positions. Things like this that they refuse to listen to employees about is extremely frustrating. They will argue so much about it, and like most big companies, no matter how much they want you to think they care about your opinions, they mean nothing if they don’t agree with them. For that reason, and the horrible pay, I’m looking forward to searching for something else in this job market.

Pros

Management is fully "woke" if that's what you're looking for. Pay is pretty good, benefits are also good as well as adequate vacation policies.

Cons

A bloated bureaucracy runs the company. Execs are out of touch with the professionals doing the work. No stability due to ever-changing upper management. Frequent U.S. layoffs as jobs are sent overseas to low-wage countries.
