Pros

Great for training and practicing soft skills.

Cons

Whoo boy is this work environment TOXIC. Inaccessible leadership, intensely stressful working conditions, poor communication from immediate supervisors and "mentors", passively encouraging employees to endure customer abuse, and more. I could go on but let's summarize it as that old Charlie Chaplin scene where he falls into a machine and gets chewed up in the gears. I think my favorite part of working here was when my "mentor" was on the verge of tears worrying after his own job as he angrily hissed at me about how I should never interact with someone outside my own department. Wild.

Pros

The amount of off days they provide with their benefits package

Cons

The company had a mass of employees that quit which was part of the Great Resign. They don't care about a work life balance for their employees. Being a product support associate the schedule always changes and its not consistent. The change can be every week, every other week or every three weeks. Sometimes you can be scheduled for 11 hour shifts 5 days a week with no overtime because they will schedule you off to avoid paying overtime. They said you won't work weekends but that is a lie. There is not a consistent schedule. Per the company this is only during their peek season which seems like they are on peek all year long. Although this is a large company there is no room to advance or advancement within the call center can take a very long time. If you are internally promoted to support another product there is no compensation for it, only a title. I don't recommend anyone working for this company unless you truly need a job or job experience.
