Pros

TicketNetwork has a unique, warm family-style atmosphere. When I walk thru the door on Monday, it's not just a job where I see my co-workers, it's a place where I get to do what I love every day with a group of people I have friendships with. We are all working towards the same common goal. The company's values are not just heard but can be seen and are expected to be demonstrated in our dealings with one another within the company as well as those we work with outside of TicketNetwork. From the meals that are provided for free, farm stand vegetables that are grown on the premises, endless clubs where you can socialize with those with similar interest after work, to onsite laundry facilities, gym, yoga classes, dry cleaning services, company parties that your family can attend, casual dress code and competitive benefits, it's all conducive to a work environment in which we work and play together. The industry we work in is never boring and each day presents new challenges and room for growth. The opportunities to grow at TN are endless as the industry changes the company continues to grow and change as well.

Cons

With all the work we do together it can occasionally be hard to find a work life balance as there is always something going on but thankfully if you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work most days.

Pros

TicketNetwork is not your run-of-the-mill employer. Company offers many benefits, with the most notable being the free onsite gym, onsite laundry room, and a beautiful cafeteria in which cooked food is prepared each weekday. The entire group of leaders at TicketNetwork are strong and hard-driving, and all are willing to listen to suggestions to make the company better for both its employees and customers.

Cons

The job can at times be very demanding. From time to time, you get an irate customer, usually because they were misinformed by another representative. Starting pay is not typical for the ticketing industry.

Management is terrible

Pros

The corporate culture ideals are good in theory. You'll find friendly coworkers and nice people to work with. TicketNetwork is an innovative company. They do have decent benefits now (finally). Health insurance benefits are pretty good, decent amount of PTO and sick time, good 401k.

Cons

Management is terrible. If you have a nice manager at TicketNetwork, consider yourself lucky. Upper management is very arrogant. Some of middle management should not be in middle management. They need proper manager training. If you are a favorite, you will get pay increases even if you don't produce results - this is the reality. My coworker makes over $10,000 more than I do and we do the same job and have the same title. HR is very unorganized and has no idea what is going on. Their weather policy is also pretty terrible. They make call center employees risk their lives to come to work in dangerous conditions (even when the governor has released federal employees). We only make $12 an hour (pretty pathetic, i know), so we can't afford to buy big trucks or SUVs like our COO. Even though the company allows hotel stays for employees, you still have to drive to the hotel, any my car just barely made it there. I was honestly very scared. Also, even if we use OUR Paid Time Off to cover the snow day we miss, it still counts as an unexcused absence against us. How does that even make any sense?
