Pros

Casual dress, ability to work from home during bad weather, nice perks including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Raises and bonuses awarded for those that work for it, compensation is fair based on contribution.

Cons

Starting salaries can be a bit low - but once you have proven your ability to add value to the Company that is quickly adjusted.

free lunch flexible schedule company events great people meritocracy based advancement promotions from within interesting projects

low starting salaries, but great employees get large raises and promotions benefits not the greatest for family plans management could be better organized

Pros

Free food and laundry service, holiday parties, over time is mostly always an option.

Cons

Commission isn't the best it really needs improvement so even if you do well you are really not getting paid for the amount of sale you make. Management shows a huge amount of favoritism, you will see most of the employees working hard while others are standing around talking to managers not doing anything sometimes for an hour. It's horrible. Sometimes reps will be getting yelled at for not handling the call when the customers ask to speak to a manager. Or a manager will take forever to take the call or you will have some managers that will tell you to put the customer on hold until they hang up.
