Pros

Free meals during breaks (though this really depends on which branch or franchisor you're working at), positive work environment, flexible working hours, well recognized customer service experience by other prospect employers, good way to accumulate customer service experience, interaction with friendly customers (and that sense of fulfillment of serving them).

Cons

Encounters with unreasonable customers, back-breaking experience if you're assigned in receiving supply deliveries, repetitive nature of work (especially if you're baking), freezing experience inside the fridge and freezer.
