Pros

Their hospitality strategy for customers by following the FIve W's, which are Welcome, What, Work, Wow ( help older ppl or give free tim bits for babies or kids to get a "wow" from customer) and Wave as to say bye waving n smiling.

Cons

there aren't really any downsides but as in my experience they need more workers during overnight shifts and enough bakers to substitute.

Pros

Flexible schedule and fun people to work with if your lucky.

Cons

Terrible pay, no benefits except half off of food purchases but honestly why would you want anything from there. Customers are totally awful to work with and management does little to nothing to help you.
