      Pros

      I have been at TQL for 3 years and have accelerated from an assistant to a future leader. I've never experienced hard work earned in any other work environment more than at TQL. The growth of our company provides a fast track to management - which is a position I have strived for 3 years now. The work environment is fun, friendly and rewarded.

      Cons

      Without a competitive nature, this sales environment is not for you.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to make as much money as you are willing to work hard to achieve Great co-workers with the same common goals Great facilites...state of the art gym, basketball court, food vendors Work Hard/Play Hard environment. We celebrate everything positive that happens within this company. Positive things are always happening because positive people are working their tails off to make these positive things always happen! We have individuals who work to give back to the community and TQL is constanly sponsoring and offering services. Oh, did I mention a company with around 1800 employees just gave away a BRAND NEW CAR to one of our very own employees?

      Cons

      Very stressful job at times. Long hours/late phone calls contribute to the stress Due to the nature of the business, it's hard to take a long extended vacation (if you value the business that you built). These are all things that we know as employees before we accepted our positions, therefore I am not bitter about the cons listed.

      Pros

      The only way you can make this much money and not be a doctor or lawyer. Fun, motivating, career opportunity. This job is a great environement to build relationships with clients, co-workers, and managements.

      Cons

      Always hard work! The first couple of years you really have to put in extra time and effort. This is truly only a con if you don't have a very strong work ethic.
