In regards to compensation, we regularly evaluate our pay ranges against regional data and make adjustments if deemed appropriate in order to recruit and retain talent. We also provide other perks that employees find valuable such as free parking, education assistance, wellness initiatives, and our Tower Rewards Program. In addition, our Management team works hard to ensure that every employee feels valued and if this isn’t the case, we want to know.
