Thank you for providing your review of your experience working at Brandywine Hospital. We are happy to hear that you are doing what you love because that contributes positively to your job satisfaction as well as the satisfaction of our patients who get to be cared for by you. It is so good to hear that you value your colleagues and benefits because this is consistent with what we hear from current and former employees of Tower Health. Please know we are in the final stages of developing a Tower RN and PCA float pool now that we are on one Human Resource Information System. We are very excited about this. Also we continue to actively hire RNs and PCAs. We are committed to ensuring our employees have the supplies they need to do their job so if you do not have what you need, please report it to a member of management as soon as you see supplies are running low. We are grateful for your commitment to our patients, community, and organization during this difficult time.
