We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your coworkers, as this is something we hear across our system and agree that our employees are very friendly and collegial! We invest a lot of time and training into our management teams so positive feedback is always appreciated. The cons you listed, regarding lack of equipment and funding, concerns us. We always encourage employees to bring these issues to a department leader or HR Business Partner, and hope you were able to do so before your departure.
