      Good people, good work atmosphere, great benefits and pay

      Cons

      Too many senior leadership post and vice presidents. Overextended the organization by growing too fast, and have now had their credit rating downgraded to junk bond status.

We are happy to learn that you’re enjoying a hands-on experience, as we believe this environment leads to further learning , skill development, and career growth. We recognize our PCAs work hard and play an important role in patient care. As a result, we recently received approval to hire more PCAss. Since September, we have hired 92 PCAs. In addition, we are continuing to actively recruit PCAs to ensure we have a constant pool of candidates. We know this hiring activity will provide the additional support that our PCAs have asked for.
