      Not great. Takes advantage and lies to employees

      Pros

      Discount... And that is about it. The employees are usually decent. And the clientele is one of a kind.

      Cons

      Very underpaid for the hard work. This is no cake job. Lots of physical labor. Always seem to tell employees one thing then do something else. Very crooked upper management. Always looking over thier shoulder. Only care about the stockholders and the bigwigs at corporate. They don't care about thier employees at all. Thier mission and values statement is bs.

      Pros

      Tractor is a great company that takes both it's employees and customers into consideration. I always felt that my ideas or concerns mattered.

      Cons

      There are more important things than stock holders. Even though I was one I never saw my wealth more important than the customers. As the company grew rapid you could see stock price outweigh overall customer service.

      Pros

      Benefits package is great from day one. Most people are friendly and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Over worked for the pay, expected to work 10 hrs days go home and log on and work more, to include weekends. Not staffed enough, position was short 2 people even after they hired me, took 10 months to hire one other person. Training was non existent from manager, pawned off on other team members that all did things differently.
