      Pros

      Allow for use of property for activities benefitting local groups. Monthly bonus for everyone if sales plan is met.

      Cons

      Other than monthly bonus, benefits for the part-time help is not that great. Lines between job descriptions are very blurred - sometimes seems to be a free-for-all (possibly just due to local management). Displayed no desire to give support to local groups (FFA, 4H, fair competitors), only supported these groups on a national level. While at the same time advertising as a "community involved" company.

      Pros

      Good discount, some people are good to work with, starting to get the hang of things after 3 months.

      Cons

      Constant bickering between upper management and you get stuck in the middle, poor wages, no full time positions even though they advertise it on the job websites. Not enough hours to pay my bills. Not consistant with rules and regulations from different management. Big turn-over. Can't trust anyone but yourself. Getting stabbed in the back and thrown under the bus even if you did nothing wrong. Only took the job because I needed a job. Currently looking for something else.

      Good pricing of products They have a good return policy as long as you have a receipt It's like an old fashion general store setting

      Cons

      always out of stock technology is way behind the times budget payroll is way lower than the industry. Makes it tough to properly operate the business Most products are from overseas, mostly China A lot of the products are of poor quality
