Pros
Good technology, with good controls and hardware when properly utilized. The controls environment is well set-up. The compressor technology is impressive.
Cons
Micro-management is supreme. They lay off the best employees (because they are well-paid) at a moment's whim, and then projects stall, design falters, and testing bombs because no one can answer the questions. They try to maintain a congenial atmosphere, but they treat people poorly when things come to a crisis. However, every problem is a crisis. Many of the good engineers and programmers are leaving because they feel if they get a raise they will get laid off. The manufacturing environment is primitive and prone to failure.
