Excellent team with great communication. Have already learned a great amount after only two months and feel completely assimilated.

Cons

Work can be stressful at times, but you should know what you're getting yourself into if you're looking at this type of job already. Only unfortunate part is that there isn't much room for upward movement, just an increase in accounts.

Benefits are good. Pros end there.

Cons

Inconsistent hours; one week you'll work 40+ hours, next you'll only get ~20 hours because the machines are broken. They preach safety, but quietly encourage you to take shortcuts - whatever it takes to hit rate, right? Even if it means injuring yourself. HR is only there to protect the business. If you go to them with a complaint they will not take you seriously.

The benefits are great and the pay is competitive. There are numerous avenues for advancement in this large hvac corporation.

Cons

Sometimes operates under the good old boy system. I can speak for a South Carolina location and it seems that those of minority are being looked over for higher positions of advancement.
