      Pros

      every day challenges, opportunities to grow/get promoted, bonus scheme, international environment, colleagues, interesting client portfolio, nice company events, company is well-established, successful and growing rapidly

      Cons

      pretty low salary considering the hard work, pressure, responsibility given, stress and overtimes, work-life balance does not exist and if you take the job too seriously, you might get a burn out quite quickly, fluctuation of employees

      Pros

      It was fine for a while. The PM's were friendly, the rates and the deadlines reasonable.

      Cons

      Then the agency was sold and became a sweatshop. The rates became insultingly low, the deadlines shorter every day. Personalized mass emails. The lowest bidder gets the job. PM’s don’t bother answering your emails. And they are buying little local agencies around the world.

      With no exaggeration i would say that working for Transperfect was the worst experience ever. If you are considering working there, RUN AWAY! Insane workload, overtime every single day, micromanagement, no work life balance at all, unpleasant colleagues.
