Pros

Depending on the project the pay is usually way higher than minimum wage

Cons

Everything outside of the pay. It is impossible to get time off. You are threatened with your job because people arent satisfied with the companies policies and ultimately it will cost you your job as you cant control how many angry people you cant calm down, you ARE chewed out and screamed at daily with no fail Apple customers are the most entitled people on the planet and they WILL get you fired

Pros

Pay is decent Customers are mostly great, it's not often you get an abusive customer. systems are easy to learn Medical Leave is easy to access

Cons

Team Leaders are required to find 2 things wrong or to improve on in each call they listen to for QA, even if the call is perfect following the call flow. Team leaders don't care about your job, only theirs and often threaten write ups. They yell at everyone and don't want to take the time to help when needed.

Pros

Easy to get in. Work at home. Pays better than other work from home jobs that involves answering the phone.

Cons

Training is terrible. I felt rushed and thrown to the wolves after training. Not given enough time to practice what was taught.
