Not worth the headache

Pros

Working at home - nothing else.

Cons

Evreything. From scheduling to management to help desk. All are incompetent. Major staff shortage resulting in back to back calls, irate and rude customers, terrible $10 hour pay without any sort of raise. QA department has their favorites and if you arent one of them look out. They will downgrade your scores over the pettiest thing. Team leads are condescending and dont respond to emails or direct message. No paid time off, no paid vacations, no sick leave. You are a machine strapped to the headset repeating yourself for 40 hours a week. Mandatory overtime because they cant schedule employees correctly. NO ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT. Only if you want to become a supervisor and screamed at for 40 hours a week by irate customers. If you have a bad month in metrics just be prepared for next shift bid with low rankings = bad shift for the next 4 months of your life here/

Okay Place to Work at

Pros

They prefer to promote from within As a Customer Service Rep level there is opportunity for growth and promotion if you perform well. They offer pay for performance bonuses to top performers.

Cons

They do not offer raises. There is not enough employee development at the supervisor or manager level. You are NOT set up for success when you get promoted to a leadership role. The training provided is NOT enough for an employee to be successful at their jobs. Therefore, when you fail at something (as is expected) you're told what your failure is and to go work on it but you're not provided any development or tools to correct the issue. You are expected to figure it out and get better and if you don't you will eventually get fired.
