Pros

Full time hours, benefit package, opportunity for quarterly raises, and incentives. Culture club, decorations, not to stuck up and stuffy in there (relaxed atmosphere).

Cons

Have to pay for benefits, hard to get raises, difficult position. Call centers can be stressful and even supervisors get stressed and snap at you when asking for help rather than being supportive at times.

Pros

Relatively secure work environment with a good benefit package. The work is not particularly challenging and is even occasionally meaningful (when you manage to help a caller resolve an ongoing problem.)

Cons

Low pay. Incompetent mid-management (administrative) causes frequent problems with implementing commitments made to you by local management. Soul destroying work environment. Scheduling is at the client's pleasure and changes routinely.
