Working from home is always a plus, if you are able to keep on task Recently, unpaid time off was upped to unlimited, as long as the company has hours available for time off Pay rate is excellent and the ability to earn bonuses each month is a major plus Great network for finding help when you need it Ongoing training with at least an hour paid for training per week Contest and games often that can allow you to wipe out time missed Advancement potential for those who want it

Cons

Metrics are based on not just the advisor but the customers opinion of both the advisor and apple( if that is the client you are working for at transcom) No way to dispute poor reviews from customers

Apple discounted items Work from home Semi flexible schedule that you sorta set Some decent coworkers and management Decent job until burnt (I noticed a lot of people quitting of leaving) Typically high promotion rate

People leave a lot due to the work conditions Numbers for stats don’t represent the advisor High Burn out with numbers etc Little assistance Angry customers constantly for some
