We regret to hear how you felt during training and that you are no longer with our company. We provide comprehensive training that utilizes a variety of mediums to prepare our agents. We do operate in a fast-paced environment, which is why 100% attendance is required during training and nesting to ensure our new employees do not miss valuable information during this time. We also reward hard work and prioritize internal promotions with career advancement opportunities for our employees throughout the year, based on business needs. Communication and clarity were a real challenge Staff seemed to have done it all too many times and often had a put upon kind of attitude
