- Stable job - Salary is paid regularly once a month - No prior work experience required - Good team

Cons

- Very strict deadlines. The employee must always meet all deadlines. Late to work by a minute? Write an explanation. Late by a minute returning from a 10-minute break? Write an explanation. Did a good job but took a bit longer than expected? Expect a teaching session with the team leader. -The clients you work with will often be dissatisfied; they will yell at you and insult you, and you will have to listen to all of it. - You are a servant of corporations, where every move you make is monitored. You must work like a robot or not at all.
