Pros

Stay away from this company.

Cons

This company doesn't care about you and your career, their main mission is fill the empty desk the previous employee left behind. The employee attrition rate is insane! People are constantly leaving after 6 months - 1 year of working for the company. Once you're hired, you'll be left to fend on your own without any help from management. Leadership will tell you what you want to hear and will ignore you when you reach out to them. (talking to you Bret). No growth, no bonuses, yearly review is just something the company uses to show that they care. Throughout my time working for the company, I spent 80% of my career on indeed looking for other opportunities. Thank the mighty Lord I found one.
