Pros

Despite the rapid growth, Tria still maintains the same core values and has a strong employee focused mindset. Remote work is available to all, compensation and benefits are top notch, and there is a culture of respect and focus on growth. Leadership cares about the staff, clients, and the future of the organization. Lastly, there is still the ability to create your own "lane" and the ability to focus on what you like as long as you are successful in what is asked from you.

Cons

Recent challenges in defining support function processes with the rapid growth of the organization. However, leadership acknowledges this and is working to streamline and overcommunicate.
